GENERAL INFORMATION
For examinations using multichannel head coils where the MR125 headphones are considered too large we are able to offer the Magnacoil style patient earphone set (MR151).
The earphones offer patients a more comfortable scanning experience with a Noise Reduction Ratio (NRR) of 29dB. The earphones work in conjunction with our audio relaxation system (MR200) allowing the patient to listen to music; and the staff in the control room to communicate with the patient.
They are supplied as standard with 20 pairs of foam disposable ear tips.
Replacement eartips are also available in packs of 20 (MR152) 50 (MR153) and 100 (MR154) pairs from stock.
